Don,
I put mini-apes on mine. Only problems were that some of the cables werea bit short, and that the controls had some nipples that fit into holes on the stock bars that were in the wrong places for the replacement bars. You won't have the former problem at all with drag-bars, and the later was fixed easily with a file. Just be careful when you screw it all back together (use torque specs) because the cast housings strip very easily.
